Pork Spare Ribs

Our spare ribs are slow-smoked for hours over apple hardwood. We use our homemade sweet rub and finish them with a beautiful glaze that will leave you wanting more. Our ribs are tender- almost falling off the bone and do not require sauce to enjoy. A rack of these will serve 2-3 people. Comes with reheating instructions. 

Beef Brisket

Brisket is a southern-plains staple. We try to do it justice by slow-smoking ours for hours over low heat. We use a savory rub and oak hardwood to smoke our brisket, creating a dark, delicious bark that is tender and juicy with every bite. Sold by the pound-and-a-half and thick sliced. Serves 3-4. Comes with reheating instructions.

Pulled Pork

Huge in the south and east, our pulled pork slow-smoked for hours over apple hardwood. It is tender and full of that signature smoky flavor.  It is shredded so it's perfect for sandwiches, nachos, or even pizza! A pound of pork makes 3-4 generous sandwiches. Comes with reheating instructions.
