2 Full Racks of Spare Ribs

Smoked low and slow for hours using apple wood. Finished with a beautiful glaze so good that these do not require saucing (of course, you still can if you want to!). The ribs are tender and almost fall off the bone. Look for the distinct smoke ring on these. Racks come frozen in BPA-free vacuum-sealed material for months of freezer storgage and ready for reheating. Reheating instructions are included. Please give yourself about 24 hours to thaw them out in the refrigerator before reheating. Serves 4-5 people.
