Smoked using apple wood. Flavorful, smoky, and tender with a beautiful bark. Our pork is great for sandwiches or a complement to nachos or even pizza! Pulled pork comes frozen in BPA-free vacuum-sealed material for months of freezer storgage and ready for reheating. Reheating instructions are included. Please give yourself about 24 hours to thaw them out in the refrigerator before reheating. Each pound makes 3-4 very generous sandwiches.
